In 2026, employees and spouses or domestic partners may earn up to $300 through Achieve Well Being by completing the following: ​

• Primary Care Visit: $100

• Age-appropriate health screening: $100

• Completion of Personal Health Profile: $50

• Teladoc Visit: $25

• Immunization: $25

Additionally, the Living Healthier Contest continues in 2026. Preventive care and screenings enter you into the raffle to receive free ‘Single’ health insurance for 2027! There will be one winner at each center.
