For those participating in an Independence Blue Cross medical plan.

 

In 2027, employees and spouses or domestic partners may earn up to $300 through Achieve Well Being by completing the following: ​

• Primary Care Visit: $100

• Age-appropriate health screening: $100

• Completion of Personal Health Profile: $50

• Teladoc Visit: $25

• Immunization: $25

NEW! In 2027 participants will receive one reloadable gift card that will automatically be loaded with applicable reward funds once required activities are completed.

Additionally, the Living Healthier Contest continues in 2027. Preventive care and screenings enter you into the raffle to receive free ‘Single’ health insurance for 2028! There will be one winner at each center.
